Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
  • Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High energy levels
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service
  • Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
  • Clean and reset bar after guests leave
  • Sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • Assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
  • Escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
  • Communicate well with teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
  • Legally serve and pour alcohol
  • Read recipes and make drinks according to standards
  • Help with food running
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow manager directions throughout a shift
  • Interact with guests and help with guest needs
