Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of bartending experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a busy environment
- knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations
- ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately

- Two to three years of bartending experience at a large hotel or similar restaurant property

- flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of beverage recipes and legal alcohol handling procedures
Job Duties
- Serve beverage items to customers according to Legacy Hotel standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- check identification to verify legal age of customers
- handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- complete opening and closing checklists as outlined by management
- maintain a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
- provide excellent customer service and communication
