- prior bar service experience required
- ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- reliable transportation is required
- high school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- interact verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and drinks
- complete assigned opening and closing side work
- slice fruit and vegetable garnishes
- present guest checks to bar patrons and handle payments
- process employee and manager food orders
- relay food orders to kitchen via point-of-sale system accurately and promptly
- manage alcohol service according to laws and company policies
- participate in clearing and resetting the bar
- occasionally serve guests in Carside To-Go
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- explain and demonstrate usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices
- drive sales using suggestive selling techniques
- engage in local store marketing to drive bar traffic
- remove trash and garbage from bar service area
