Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and or weekends as required
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

- restaurant and or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to effectively communicate with guests to generate enthusiasm
- ability to read and communicate in english
- ability to operate Micros system and credit card machines

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure financial transactions are accurate
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product
- keep station clean and set up or take down tables appropriately
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take guests' food and drink orders
- maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and answer questions
- enter orders into Micros system quickly and in proper sequence
- complete opening and closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- buss and reset tables as needed
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery
- maintain a favorable working relationship with team members
- listen to hear guests' orders and communicate effectively
- participate in incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets as required
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- operate Micros and credit card machines accurately
- deliver trays to designated bar areas
- assist other team members as business dictates
- smile frequently and be friendly
