Job Requirements
- Two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
- Working knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and tending bar with the ability to learn and follow recipes
- Warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food, wine, spirits and customer service
- Commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Valid food handler card

Job Duties
- Greet guests, take beverage orders from the servers or directly from guests
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, prepare inventory
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar where appropriate
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions
