Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Legal authorization to serve alcohol according to state/local regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of state/local liquor laws
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve under pressure
Job Duties
- Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for our Guests
- Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws
- Stay Guest focused and nurture an excellent Guest experience
- Be a true team player and support other Front-of-House positions as needed
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
