Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or equipment issues
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Uphold quality control by inspecting dishes before service
