- knowledge of Micros POS systems
Job Duties
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- operate Micros POS systems for order processing and payment
- calculate patron bills accurately
- take and manage inventory of beverages
- ensure compliance with age-related legal requirements for alcohol service
- provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
