Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- At least 1 year of closely related bartending experience
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, policy documents, and customer correspondence
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to follow alcohol awareness procedures and company policies
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast casual or high volume dining environment preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits including preparation and presentation
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, comprehend instructions, policy documents, and correspondence
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Preferred cash handling and customer service experience
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take drink and food orders
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and sugar to prepare cocktails and other beverages
- Serve beer, wine, and other drinks following company recipes and procedures
- Communicate ticket times and potential issues to the manager on duty and servers
- Operate cash registers and handle payments following cash handling policies
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
