Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend reach crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and capability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a bartender preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks mixes and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of beverages appetizers and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe glassware and garnish
- take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle the check timely thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
