Job Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Valid state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules and varied hours
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar equipment
- Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Job Duties
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy's recipes, maintaining quality and consistency
- Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
