Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
  • Availability to attend training and team meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touchpoints
  • Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with customers and meeting their beverage needs
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to inform and upsell to guests
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary
