Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages as per local regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning and stocking tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic math skills to handle payments and orders
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or serving role preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
- Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a stocked, sanitized and safe restaurant
