Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- Able to lift 35 lbs in weight
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions with flexibility
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits
- Proficiency with food and beverage service including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings
- Fluent and fully conversational in English
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures
- Greet guests pleasantly
- Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
- Highlight menu, food and beverage options and make suggestions based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions
- Prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery
- Follow cash handling and cash register policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness within the restaurant’s dining and service stations
- Assist with moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns
- Communicate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
- Assist team members as needed
- Inform MOD about guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
- Inform leadership of low inventory and equipment issues
- Perform additional tasks requested by OTG leadership team
