Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting
- Valid California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant or bar required
- Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and accuracy
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a valid California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
- Engage guests with genuine hospitality and provide beverage recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends, house recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after service
- Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily register reconciliation
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Comply with all state, local, and company alcohol service laws and safety procedures
- Assist in training new bar team members when needed
