Job Requirements
- One year of prior bartending experience preferred
- prior guest relations training
- proper food safety training and certification
- experience working with POS systems such as Toast, Micros, Aloha and reservation software
- strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- knowledge of proper food handling
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- positive upbeat attitude and personality
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- ability to communicate fluently in English
- ability to work with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and minimal supervision
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- plan and present bar menu
- check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- comply with all food & beverage, health and safety regulations
- exemplify outstanding communication skills with the aptitude to create unique experiences for clientele
- check in with clientele to ensure satisfaction
- keep a clean and tidy work area, including guest areas
- complete opening and closing duties following standards and prep checklists
- adhere to cash handling policies and accurately ring in orders
- participate in inventory management and determine adequate par levels
- perform other duties as assigned
