Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
  • Relevant state-specific alcohol service certification
  • Familiarity with beer, wine, and progressive craft cocktails
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve classic, modern, and Southern-inspired cocktails, draft beers, and wines efficiently and accurately
  • Act as the lead expert on the self-pour system, assisting guests with activation, usage, and beer/wine selection, ensuring adherence to all responsible service laws and procedures
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all beverage offerings, including unique liquor selections and local taps, and be able to suggest pairings with open-fire cuisine
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the open-air bar area and all equipment
  • Accurately process payments, manage cash drawers, and assist with daily/weekly inventory counts and stock replenishment
  • Complete all opening, running, and closing side work to meticulous standards, including setting up and breaking down the patio section, and actively support teammates
