Job Requirements
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical
- Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate or complete relevant food handler training
- Successful completion of a Tier 1 Level background investigation
- Must provide proof of eligibility by the closing date
- Open to all applicants including military spouses, veterans, and those with transition preferences
Job Qualifications
- Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- Knowledge of a wide variety of beverages and mixing techniques
- Ability to recognize and manage intoxicated or unruly patrons
- Skill in following cash handling procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and interact well with the public
- Physical ability to lift weights between 5 and 40 pounds
- Experience working in a customer service environment
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full-service bar
- Serve customers promptly and courteously
- Recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and address issues appropriately
- Follow cash handling procedures accurately
- Lift and move objects weighing 5 to over 40 pounds as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
