- experience in bartending within the last 2 years
- experience in a resort, hotel, nightclub, or restaurant setting
- knowledge of Micros POS systems
Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- mix drinks according to standard recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- process customer payments accurately using POS system
- monitor guest identification to ensure age compliance
- take inventory and restock bar supplies
- provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
