Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification required
- ServSafe card (California, Florida)
- Food Handlers card (California, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- Ability to work flexible schedules

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Knowledge of state and federal liquor laws

Job Duties
- Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of the bar and dining room following standard recipes
- Monitor and ensure that no guest receives more than the allowed number of specific drinks
- Understand and comply with state and federal liquor laws, including the ID validation process and alcohol awareness procedures for preventing guest intoxication
- Maintain a well-organized, well-run bar
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection in cocktail making
