Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience at a similar level
- training from within a high-standard hotel environment
- knowledge of catering operations and beverage practices within the catering industry
- excellent communication skills
- Montana state approved TIPS certification
- food handler's certification

- experience in a 5-star upmarket resort would be an advantage but not a requirement

Job Duties
- Maintain a complete knowledge of all Food & Beverage offerings, including drinks and food items
- maintain a knowledge of Food & Beverage sequence of service and standards, going above and beyond for guests and customers dining within the outlets
- maintain proper knowledge and the ability to sell both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered while maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar
- use of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method, and garnishes required
- maintain a complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
- ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising follow-up, and hands-on management
- continuously collect feedback from guests and report it back to management
- assist with any other duties that are required by Food & Beverage management or another member of the hotel management team
