Job Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- A current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC TIPS ABLE
- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
- Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Current required state alcohol-server license such as TABC TIPS ABLE
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and retain menu knowledge
- Capability to work varied schedules and hours
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner ensuring a welcoming environment
- Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes maintaining quality and consistency
- Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Provide prompt and efficient service handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
- Keep the bar area clean and organized restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
