Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender
- Ability to shake, stir and properly strain different types of cocktails
- Able to maintain quality and speed at peak volume hours
- Great knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer with a interest in learning about German food/beverage culture
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
Job Duties
- Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages in a timely fashion
- Produce the needed beverages for the service well
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar
- Keep accurate and updated tabs for guests throughout the shift
- Memorize house cocktail recipes and specs
- Maintain bar prep and stock throughout shift
- Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
