Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- stand or walk 100% of shift
- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- comply with dress code and maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance
- able to listen and communicate verbally
- follow alcohol service guidelines
- participate in team activities and support co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- proficiency in English
- ability to operate Micros POS system
- capable of handling money and transactions accurately
- friendly and approachable demeanor
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters promptly
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure financial transactions are accurate
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and notify managers when necessary
- follow all bar recipes consistently
- keep station clean and set up or take down tables
- greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take guests’ food and drink orders
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items and answer questions
- enter orders into Micros quickly and correctly
- complete sales on personal Micros keys and station side work
- operate Micros and conduct credit card transactions accurately
- ensure food is properly garnished and deliver trays to designated areas
- work quickly and efficiently following 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- complete opening and closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- assist other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after service
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- communicate clearly with guests and team members
- smile frequently and remain friendly
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment
