Job Requirements
- Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
- Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
- Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
- Well focused and organized
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain bartending station with cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency of service
- Comply with all responsible beverage service laws and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible service
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
