Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
  • Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
  • Well focused and organized
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Maintain bartending station with cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency of service
  • Comply with all responsible beverage service laws and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary to ensure responsible service
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
