Job Duties
- mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests following standard recipes
- monitor and ensure no guest receives more than the allowed number of specific drinks
- understand and comply with state and federal liquor laws, including validating IDs and preventing guest intoxication
- maintain a well-organized and well-run bar environment
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- communicate clearly with guests and teammates
- prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection in drink preparation
