Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment is preferred
- Working knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and tending bar, with the ability to learn and follow recipes
- A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food, wine, spirits, and customer service
- Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Must have valid food handler card

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests
- Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, prepare inventory
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar where appropriate
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions
