Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or relevant customer service experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency in handling cash and POS systems
- knowledge of food safety and alcohol service laws
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

- familiarity with MICROS systems and cash handling
- certification in TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent is a plus
Job Duties
- greet customer warmly
- take orders accurately
- make drink recommendations
- handle complaints professionally
- ensure every guest has a positive experience
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- craft cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
- garnish drinks appropriately
- maintain high drink quality standards
- clean and organize the bar area
- wash glassware
- restock supplies including ice, garnishes, and liquor
- monitor stock levels
- place orders for supplies as needed
- rotate products to maintain freshness and reduce waste
- handle cash and credit card payments
- operate POS systems efficiently
- manage customer tabs accurately
- check IDs to verify legal drinking age
- monitor patrons for signs of intoxication
- adhere to all food safety and alcohol service laws, including TIPS and ServSafe guidelines
