Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Knowledge of alcohol and cocktails
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended periods
- Familiarity with food and beverage regulations
- Experience handling cash transactions
Job Qualifications
- You must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
- Strong mixology skills
- Effective communication skills with guests and associates
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a timely manner
- Prepare a large amount of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
- Manage bar operation including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies
