Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Knowledge of alcohol and cocktails
  • Ability to stand for up to eight hours
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for extended periods
  • Familiarity with food and beverage regulations
  • Experience handling cash transactions

Job Qualifications

  • You must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
  • Strong mixology skills
  • Effective communication skills with guests and associates
  • Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a timely manner
  • Prepare a large amount of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
  • Manage bar operation including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies
