Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain it
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service

- Must be at least 18 years old and have TABC certification or be willing to obtain it
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday since Rita's is closed on Sundays
- Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and drinks is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally with a friendly attitude
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Rita's recipes and standards
- Engage with customers, suggest drinks, and answer questions about the menu
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the preparation and storage of ingredients
- Adhere to all liquor laws and company policies regarding responsible alcohol service
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Restock and replenish bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness of the bar area
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to create a seamless and positive guest experience
