Job Requirements

  • Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively
  • Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of mixology cocktail preparation and bar equipment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beer wine and specialty drinks with precision and creativity
  • Greet guests warmly take drink orders and engage in friendly conversations providing recommendations and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience
  • Create and innovate cocktails while following established recipes and maintaining consistency in presentation and taste
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area including the proper storage and labeling of all ingredients garnishes glassware and bar tools
  • Monitor and track inventory levels order supplies as needed and manage the rotation of perishable items to minimize waste
  • Process guest payments accurately handle cash responsibly and provide change or receipts as required
  • Adhere to all relevant alcohol laws and safety regulations including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated guests
  • Collaborate with servers bussers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service support colleagues during busy periods
