Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
  • must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights
  • open to varied work schedules and hours
  • must obtain Tulsa Food Handler Permit and Oklahoma Able Commission License
  • previous experience working with Point of Sale (POS) system

Job Duties

  • Being knowledgeable about our beers and hand-crafted cocktails
  • anticipating needs, processing guests' orders, and taking payment in a hospitable and timely manner
  • crafting perfect beverages
  • making drinks for the entire restaurant as well as providing a full-service dining experience for guests dining at the bar and/or surrounding area
  • operating a Point of Sale (POS) system
  • managing varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurant needs
  • lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects up to 40 pounds
  • standing for several hours and walking for long periods
  • bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching for objects on shelves at various heights
  • showing enthusiasm and intense enjoyment in serving guests
  • working well as a team player
  • directing the traffic flow of guests in the restaurant
  • managing payment transactions and securing the cash drawer
  • recording and analyzing cash flow including opening, running, and closing duties
  • performing all other duties as assigned
  • obtaining Tulsa Food Handler Permit and Oklahoma Able Commission License
