Job Requirements
- Must be at least minimum legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- must complete a pre-employment physical
- must obtain Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent training
- must pass Tier 1 Level/NACI background investigation
- ability to frequently lift weights between 5 and 15 pounds
- ability to push and pull objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds
- ability to occasionally lift weights over 40 pounds
- must provide proof of eligibility by closing date
- clear communication skills
- no education substitution allowed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- ability to recognize and manage intoxicated patrons
- knowledge of cash handling procedures
- physical ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects
- good communication skills
- ability to complete food handler's training or certification
- must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic beverages using correct proportions and recipes
- recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and take appropriate action
- follow cash handling procedures accurately
- lift and move objects weighing 5 to over 40 pounds as needed
- communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- handle customer complaints and requests professionally
