Job Requirements
- Have availability to work a variety of hours including weekends and holidays
- Follow all systems, policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Provide genuine hospitality that exceeds guest expectations
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Follow all steps of service
- Comply fully with allergy, dietary restriction and modification procedures
- Maintain accurate guest orders
- Properly stock bar and storage areas
- Recognize intoxicated guests and manage accordingly
- Exercise proper and accurate cash handling and reconciliation
- Use equipment including POS terminals, credit card terminals, coffee machines, dish machines, three compartment sinks, CO2 tanks, draft beer mechanisms
- Maintain honesty and integrity
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Be able to service multiple guests at the bar simultaneously
- Take and prepare multiple orders at one time
- Carry multiple plates and drinks safely
- Use knives, peelers and bar tools safely
- Multitask while maintaining calm and professional demeanor
- Work in varying noise, temperature and crowd levels
- Stand or walk for duration of shift
- Lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds generally
- Practice proper safety guidelines

- Have knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Successfully complete alcohol awareness training
- Complete food handler training course
- Be committed to teamwork
