Job Requirements

  • Must have ServSafe and/or TIPS certification

  • stamina to work an 8-hour shift
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, bread, sauces, and vegetables
  • overtime may be required

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • prior bartending or barback experience preferred
  • must have or be able to obtain state-required responsible alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe, etc.)
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment
  • reliable, friendly, and ready to keep the vibe alive

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve drinks responsibly while following all alcohol service laws
  • engage guests with genuine, upbeat service
  • keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
  • run weekly bar inventory and follow ordering procedures
  • support bar events, promotions, and sales-building initiatives
  • work with shift leaders and managers to maintain labor and cost targets
