  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails

  • Must adhere to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
  • Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
  • Engage guests with confidence-offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
  • Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
  • Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
