Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with guest requests and standard recipes
- Provide prompt, friendly service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking beverages, cleaning glassware, and organizing supplies
- Accurately process guest orders and payments, ensuring correct handling of cash and credit transactions
- Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events or shifts
- Keep up to date on beverage menus, promotions, and new drink trends
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
