Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Familiarity with property management systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with guest requests and standard recipes
  • Provide prompt, friendly service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking beverages, cleaning glassware, and organizing supplies
  • Accurately process guest orders and payments, ensuring correct handling of cash and credit transactions
  • Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age compliance
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events or shifts
  • Keep up to date on beverage menus, promotions, and new drink trends
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
