Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in beverage service preferred
- Ability to work PM shifts
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must hold a current food handler card
- Knowledge of liquor laws and hospitality regulations
- Manual dexterity and good communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must maintain professional appearance according to handbook

- Knowledge of state federal and corporate liquor regulations
- Current food handler card
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
- Basic math skills to operate cash register make change and total guest checks
- Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers
- Manual dexterity to prepare garnishes mix drinks and handle glassware
- Basic English language skills for customer communication
- Ability to comprehend and apply product labeling instructions
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Ability to operate beverage equipment such as coffee maker
- Ability to transport up to 30 pounds throughout shift
Job Duties
- Serve beverages and or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers
- Act as cashier for the lounge
- Greet guests and promote and document drink orders
- Mix garnish and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control
- Maintain proper bar set-up and requisition stock daily
- Cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and other perishables
- Handle cash transactions including making change verifying charges and balancing money
- Lock and store beverages food and equipment and secure cash deposits
- Answer bar phone promptly take and input room service orders
- Perform general cleaning tasks
- Adhere to company policies procedures safety and security rules
- Report unsafe conditions accidents or property damage
- Maintain a neat clean and well-groomed appearance
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
