Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Capacity to stand for an 8- to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work well within a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beverage mixing and presentation
- Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited beverages mixes and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
