- 2-5 years experience (preferred not required)
- previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification, or willing to obtain
- TABC Certification or willing to obtain
- strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills
- works well with others
- excellent conflict resolution skills
- able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Opening/closing
- bar cleanliness
- fast and friendly service
- accurately and efficiently enter orders into POS system
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- memorize specialty cocktail ingredients and shot recipes
- checking IDs when the door team is not present
