Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • skill in teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • knowledge of drink preparation and food safety standards
  • proficiency in POS systems

Job Duties

  • greet customers with a smile and welcome them when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using specified glassware and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them properly in the POS system
  • ensure customer satisfaction by offering refills and clearing unused items
  • deliver and settle customer checks promptly while thanking customers and inviting them to return
  • follow all food safety guidelines
