Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal eligibility to work in the State of Hawaii
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance as required by state regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of craft beers and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area according to safety standards
- Engage with customers to provide an excellent guest experience
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and state laws regarding alcohol service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations
