Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or related hospitality role
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- strong work ethic and reliability
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year experience operating a full-service bar
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
- capable of responsible alcohol service
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- providing an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
- providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- performing opening and closing duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- preparing a variety of cocktails and beverages
- engaging with customers to enhance their experience
- ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and company policies
