Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment

  • no supervisory experience required

Job Duties

  • prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
  • issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
  • set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tools
  • prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
  • stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • wash soiled glassware
  • process all payment methods
  • count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
  • secure liquors and storage areas
  • complete closing duties
  • follow company safety and security policies
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • ensure adherence to quality standards
  • perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods
