Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes
- Monitor and check guest identification to comply with alcohol laws
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure safety
- Restock supplies and inventory during quieter periods
- Participate in team check-ins to review specials and goals
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest service
