Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender
- fine dining experience preferred
- above average knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, and beer
- ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as features and seasonal offerings
- ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- ability to multitask efficiently and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Organize and stock your work area
- assist in designing cocktails and other beverages unique to our restaurant
- collaborate in selecting wines, beers, and spirits for the bar
- greet guests and guide them through our food and beverage menus to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- use your knowledge and experience to provide a memorable experience
- assist other staff in providing service to our guests
