Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a bartender
  • fine dining experience preferred
  • above average knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, and beer
  • ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as features and seasonal offerings
  • ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
  • must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
  • ability to multitask efficiently and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Organize and stock your work area
  • assist in designing cocktails and other beverages unique to our restaurant
  • collaborate in selecting wines, beers, and spirits for the bar
  • greet guests and guide them through our food and beverage menus to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • use your knowledge and experience to provide a memorable experience
  • assist other staff in providing service to our guests
