Job Requirements
- Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation
- Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
- Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Must have attention to detail

Job Duties
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes
- Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
- Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
- Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards
- Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
