Job Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively
- Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of mixology cocktail preparation and bar equipment
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beer wine and specialty drinks with precision and creativity
- Greet guests warmly take drink orders and engage in friendly conversations Provide recommendations and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
- Create and innovate cocktails while following established recipes and maintaining consistency in presentation and taste
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including the proper storage and labeling of all ingredients garnishes glassware and bar tools
- Monitor and track inventory levels order supplies as needed and manage the rotation of perishable items to minimize waste
- Process guest payments accurately handle cash responsibly and provide change or receipts as required
- Adhere to all relevant alcohol laws and safety regulations including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated guests
- Collaborate with servers bussers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service Support colleagues during busy periods
