Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- degree in hospitality management preferred
- previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- familiarity with property management systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service
- ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software
- flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with guest requests and standard recipes
- provide prompt, friendly service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking beverages, cleaning glassware, and organizing supplies
- accurately process guest orders and payments, ensuring correct handling of cash and credit transactions
- check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events or shifts
- keep up to date on beverage menus, promotions, and new drink trends
- monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service
- resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
