Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
  • ability to be on feet for up to eight hours
  • effective communication with guests and associates
  • ability to work varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends
  • physically demanding position requiring standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and squatting for extended periods
  • little to no travel required

Job Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars
  • strong mixology skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet customers in a timely manner
  • prepare a large amount alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
  • interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
  • assess customers' needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
  • check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
  • manage bar operation including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies
